Private by default
Your positions, marks, documents and updates are visible only to you. This is enforced in the database, not only in the app. A small number of TheAngel staff can read them to give support.

Your portfolio is yours.
Private by default, exportable at any time, and never shared with the companies you invest in.
Founders never see your portfolio
A founder who answers an update request sees only that request and your name. They cannot see your other holdings or your marks.
Sign in without a password
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password to leak or reuse.
Export at any time
Download your portfolio as a spreadsheet (CSV), or a printable summary, at any time.
Delete your portfolio
Delete your portfolio and every file you uploaded, from Settings.
Where your data is held
In our database with Supabase in London, served through Vercel, encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents and forwarded emails you add are read by Anthropic’s AI to pull out the terms. Email is sent and received through Resend.
Leave whenever you like, with everything
Both controls sit in Settings, on every plan.
